  • Fee payment is required in advance (monthly/quarterly).
  • The payment modalities are accepted as Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, etc.
  • Fees are non-refundable, except in cases like:
    • Course cancellation by Konnect Academia
    • Technical errors on our side

4. Class Schedule & Attendance

  • Timings will be mutually agreed upon.
  • Students must attend regularly and on time.
  • Unjustified absenteeism may result in suspension or enrollment cancellation.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Professionalism and mutual respect are mandatory.
  • Misbehavior, abusive language, or disruption will result in immediate service termination.
  • For online sessions, camera and mic use is encouraged unless otherwise agreed.

6. Home Tuition Guidelines

  • Home tuition should occur in a safe and respectful environment.
  • While we verify tutor credibility, Konnect Academia is not liable for incidents beyond official sessions.
  • Report any issues directly to our support team.

7. Use of Course Material

  • All educational materials (videos, notes, documents) are copyright protected.
  • Reproduction, resale, or unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Personal data collected is stored securely and kept confidential.
  • We do not transfer or commercialize data without the permission of the user.
  • Data is used solely for educational and service purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Konnect Academia is not liable for:

  • Student’s device or internet issues
  • Missed sessions due to student absence
  • Incidents occurring outside official tuition hours, unless proven misconduct by staff
